Garden Studios are constructed mainly on site. So you can take advantage of unused space in almost any garden – even if your only access is through the house.

Planning regulations generally allow small structures to be built in gardens as long as certain criteria are met, so planning permission isn’t required in most cases.

Affordable

The typical cost for a completed studio of standard design is around £12,500, including an allowance for foundations, cabling and electrical hook-up (which vary from property to property).
